If I recall correctly, when Sasuke uses his basara move he starts calling out the sequence "Rin, Pyou, Tou, Sha, Kai, Jin, Retsu, Zai, Zen!" which is an esoteric chant used by ninja in a lot of Japanese works. You can read more about it here. In Sasuke's case, he actually cuts the sequence off early and what he says sounds more like "Rin, Pyou, Tou, Sha... The rest is omitted!"

As for Shingen, if I'm thinking of the right quote, what he calls himself is Fujimi No Tora, which means the Immortal Tiger.

I hope that helps!Raindrops and Daydreamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01260862819130130353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-361352180531330342.post-21539718115360546152015-03-31T05:33:51.802+01:002015-03-31T05:33:51.802+01:00Hi again, bro-san!

I don't see her mixing with Ieyasu much (which is strange, and unfortunate as I want to see more of her reactions to Tadakatsu!). I think Naotora has a lot of potential for further exploration, especially in a more lighthearted expansion title...Raindrops and Daydreamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01260862819130130353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-361352180531330342.post-42613738755492896372014-11-24T07:32:03.239+00:002014-11-24T07:32:03.239+00:00Oh this is very helpful indeed!
Also I thought I ...Oh this is very helpful indeed!

Also I thought I should point out for any fellow KenshinXKasuga shippers (or people who just like them interacting) here that apparently their grouping is called 上杉主従 , or, Uesugi Master and Servant. 上杉軍 is also the Uesugi army, and applies to Kenshin, Kasuga, Kanetsugu, and sometimes Keiji.

A bit sad that in the series Kenshin is barely referred to as the Dragon of Echigo. Would make for a more obvious parallel with Yukimura and Masamune with Kenshin and Shingen... not to mention I feel it's fitting given how concerned Kenshin is with Echigo. They're like Motonari with Chuugoku, but actually cares about people ahahaha.

Also I wonder- has the Japanese fandom seemed to include Naotora in either the Tokugawa or Imagawa armies, or is she just standalone completely?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-361352180531330342.post-41348073615865790332014-11-21T19:20:58.451+00:002014-11-21T19:20:58.451+00:00That's awesome, good luck with your studying! ...That's awesome, good luck with your studying! Your program probably has it as just "senzo" (先祖) on its own. Ujimasa uses the polite "go-" prefix and "-sama" suffix to make it into a term of respect :)

Ujimasa should speak more clearly (lol).
